What can we expect out of the Royal Enfield Meteor 350?
- Going by what the rumours suggest, the Meteor will be based on the brands ‘J’ platform.
- The new platform is rumoured to serve many of the brand’s upcoming models including a 650cc cruiser.
- Based on the leaks, it is expected to get 3 variants- Fireball, Stellar and Supernova.
- The meteor is expected to replace the Thunderbird 350X which was recently discontinued.

What about the engine specifications?
- According to the brochure which recently surfaced the internet, the Meteor is set to come powered by a BS6 350cc fuel-injected air-cooled single-cylinder engine that will deliver 20hp and 27 Nm of torque.
- The engine is expected to come paired to a five-speed gearbox.
- Talking about features we can expect the Meteor to feature digital-analogue instrument cluster with smartphone connectivity and turn-by-turn navigation assist amongst many.
