This midsize SUV has been the king of the segment since its launch. The second generation of Creta made its debut this year after the global launch of the facelift in 2021. We were expecting the model to make it to India by 2022, but later it was said that the Creta facelift would be showcased at the 2023 Auto Expo.

The launch of the facelifted Creta is expected to be in early 2023. It might make it to India a few months later. The Indian-spec version would be different and could have features like level 2 ADAS and a fully digital instrument cluster, along with some design changes.

The Seltos facelift is expected to arrive in India by July 2023. The expected updates and changes would be similar to the Creta facelift. It is expected to have a new 1.5-litre tGDi petrol engine churning out 158hp & 253 Nm torque along with the existing engine options.

Tata Safari & Harrier

Safari and Harrier have received various special editions since their launch, with the Red Dark Edition being the latest. Now Tata is planning to give these SUVs a major update. The Safari was recently spotted testing, and the test mule gave us some insights. It borrows design cues from the Harrier EV. There is an overall blackout treatment around the headlights, along with an air vent featured in the cluster.

It stands on new blacked-out twin 5-spoke alloys and also features a new front grille with slim horizontal slats. Harrier is expected to share these similar design changes. These facelifted models could enter the market this festive season.
