Maruti Suzuki has sold thousands of Swifts over the year. It’s practical, the chassis is very agile and seems very easy to maintain—everything you want in a B-segment hatchback. Since its launch, the Swift offered potent and reliable engine options while the VFM pricing made it an affordable product in the segment.

Currently, the Maruti Swift is offered a competent 1.2-L petrol engine in its third-gen. Having said that, it is also one of the most modified cars in the country. That’s why we are now presenting the second iteration of “Flaunt Your Series”, which features a tastefully modified 2021 Maruti Suzuki Swift Lxi. After listening to the obnoxiously loud exhaust note, you may consider that it is a track machine. However, the owner drives this car regularly to the office, his family members travel in this car, and the grocery hauler is this cute little Swift.
As this modified Swift is relatively new (2021 Model) and the build is still going on, there aren’t many things done to the car. For starters, the spark plugs have been changed to NGK iridium ones for a fatter spark. The owner removes the air box for race purposes, and Ghidorah had no performance intake.

However, there is a full-system custom-made exhaust for the free flow of exhaust gases. All these things work in conjunction with the help of GT Tuners Stage 2 remap, and the total output comes out as 108 hp and 180 nm of torque. The mechanical modifications end here.
The exterior is plain jane with the headlights having a yellow tint (inspired from Lemans), plus the fenders have a faux carbon fibre wrap. The headlights have also been blacked out for a sleeper look. Hop into the cabin, and you won’t find many things besides an FIA-approved OMP racing seat. It helps keep the CG low, grabs you while aggressive cornering, and helps in some weight. The owner @xibocharger, jokingly admires the absence of a music system because he loves the brutal baritone coming out of the HKS muffler.
