Car Launches In January 2021 – From Tata Safari To Altroz Turbo!

1. Audi A4 Facelift
   

   

   Audi launched the A4 in India yesterday. The 2021 version of the Audi A4 has a starting price tag of 42.34 Lakh and goes up to 46.67 Lakhs. This new sedan packs a 190hp, 2.0-litre turbo-petrol engine and one major thing to notice is that the Indian model is in-line with the international markets! This seems to be great news, isn’t it? We know the article is about the upcoming cars in January 2021 but we included the A4 because it was launched yesterday only.

2. Toyota Fortuner Facelift
   

   

   By the time you are reading this article, there is a high chance that Toyota might have already launched the new Fortuner in the market. 500Nm of torque and 204Ps of power means that this SUV is really powerful and is going to be the real badass, unlike others who have it in their name only. However, the price of the new Toyota Fortuner might disappoint some but for those who are anyway going to buy it, you won’t be disappointed at all!

3. Tata Altroz Turbo
   

   

   Another much-awaited car which is all set to arrive in the coming week. Tata Altroz turbo is the third one in our list of upcoming cars in January 2020. While Altroz is already on a roll in terms of sales, we know the turbo version will also turbocharge the sales as well! Just to let you know, a new engine might mean new performance figures but the safety and dynamics (build) will remain the same. We expect it to launch on January 13th, 2021.

4. Jeep Compass Facelift
   

   

   We suppose this will be launched on January 7th as per the information we have as of now. Sleek headlights, a new pattern of DRLs, a redesigned grille and front bumper, the new Jeep Compass 2021 is set to deliver all that a customer needs and expects! In our list of upcoming cars in January 2021, Jeep compass stands at the 4th place.

5. MG Hector Facelift
   

   

   While Jeep is bringing in the Compass facelift, MG thought of giving some competition! They are launching the Hector facelift on the same day! It will not receive any mechanical changes but the cosmetic changes on the bodyline will definitely make it stand out. Be it the front grille which will somehow remind you of the ZS EV and the new set of alloy wheels should definitely be considered as a major upgrade. If you thought that was all, MG has also put in black insert connecting the taillights instead of a red strip among other things. Also, on the inside, you now get a black and beige combination instead of the all-black interior.

6. BMW 3-Series Gran Limousine
   

   

   We don’t know the price yet but we suppose it will arrive in India on 21st January 2021. What we know as of now is that it will have 2 engine options wherein one will be the 2.0-litre turbo petrol engine and the other one will be a 2.0-litre turbo diesel engine. The power figures will be 258hp and 190hp respectively. Mated to an 8-speed automatic gearbox, this sedan will have a wheelbase 110mm longer than the existing 3-series. Needless to say, this will also be more comfortable than the existing 3-series.

7. Tata Safari
   

   

   Much awaited by the fanboys! Tata Safari will finally be here on January 26th 2021. Harrier is already a great success and we expect the same for the 7-seater version. Tata Safari is one of the much-awaited cars which were showcased at the Auto Expo. With a redesigned grille and our expectation of ample legroom in the third row, we have our eyes on the Safari and await its arrival too!
