One of India’s fastest-growing car brands, Tata has been on a car launching spree. In the 3-5 years, Tata has launched some of the best cars in each segment and they’re continuing to do so. Today, let’s talk about some of the upcoming Tata cars in 2023!
-
Tata Nexon CNG
The first one on this list of upcoming Tata cars is the CNG variant of the Nexon. This compact SUV is currently one of the best-selling cars in India and it is killing the competition. With over 77 variants on offer, the Nexon caters to every single person looking for a car within Rs. 14 Lakhs. While we already have an EV variant for the Nexon, the CNG option has been asked for multiple times. This car is expected to launch early next year. Pricing should be up by Rs. 60-80,000 when compared to petrol variants.

Tata Altroz EV
After launching the Tiago EV, Tata is now working on the Altroz EV. Well, there’s no concrete information about this car as of now, but we expect it to follow a bigger battery and motor than the Tiago EV. Hopefully, it will be closer to the Nexon in terms of range and power, which will make it a very lucrative purchase. Expected pricing for this Tata EV is between Rs. 12-15 Lakhs.
-
Tata Harrier EV
One of the most exciting names on this list of upcoming Tata cars is the Harrier EV. Yes, rumors do suggest that Tata has been working on an EV based on the Tata Harrier and it is still under testing. This eSUV is codenamed as the ‘Eturna’ and it may launch in India by late 2023!
-
Tata Punch EV
Yes, another EV on this list of upcoming Tata cars! The Punch is one of the best-selling micro-SUVs in India right now. In under a year, the Punch had garnered over 1,00,000 bookings! An EV variant of the Punch is also on the way for 2023, and this might loosely follow the same setup as the Tiago/Tigor EVs.

Tata Harrier/Safari Facelift
The most expensive cars on this list of upcoming Tata cars are the Harrier and the Safari. These are the flagship products from Tata and they’re due for an upgrade. While Tata has silently added more features and variants to these SUVs this year, there has been no visual upgrade. With the upcoming facelift, Tata will change the design of these SUVs, add more features like a 360-degree camera and ADAS, and also work on improving the engine. Tata has confirmed that they do not intend on launching a petrol variant for these SUVs.
