2020 Hyundai Creta Deliveries Commence in India

Much recently Korean Auto giant Hyundai came out with a new and a much more sophisticated version of the Creta compact SUV and just within days of its launch the company has already started delivering the car to its new owners.

With that said the company had already started taking bookings for this segment leader since its launch was announced a week or so back and did manage to receive over 14,000 reservations Pan-India.

With the deliveries beginning it is quite obvious that this might help the 2020 Hyundai Creta retain its lost position for the most sold compact SUV in India surpassing its cousin and one of the main rivals the Kia Seltos.

By the looks of its, the new 2020 Hyundai Creta has gone through some major transformation as earlier it was supposed to be a doppelganger of its Chinese counterpart the Hyundai ix25 and somehow manage to look like the ix25 on the outside which includes its split headlamp cluster, prominent cascading grille, 17-inch diamond-cut wheels, new LED tail lamps and angular fog lamps which adds some glitter to the gold.

Under its hood, the next-gen Hyundai Creta gets its power from 1.5-litre petrol, a 1.5-litre diesel and a 1.4-litre turbocharged petrol unit capable of pushing the maximum power to 113 hp with 144 of peak torque and 113 hp with 250 Nm of torque respectively.

Additionally, the new 2020 Hyundai Creta also features a small turbo petrol engine churning 138 hp with 242 Nm of peak torque. All the engine units will come paired either a standard six-speed manual transmission, a six-speed torque converter AT, a six-speed CVT or a seven-speed DCT.
