Splendor has a cult of its own. And coming from India’s biggest two-wheeler manufacturer, Splendor is a bike you can rely on for sure. Yes, I am talking about the Hero Glamour which gets a 124.7cc engine which is capable of churning out 10.73hp of power @7,500rpm and maximum torque of 10.6Nm @6,000rpm. The price for the Self Start model with drum brake and alloy wheels is ₹69,750. This bike can offer you a fuel efficiency of 55 kmpl. The engine is mated to a 5-speed manual transmission.

Honda Shine (Drum Brakes Variant)
Shine has been one of the good 125cc bikes under budget from Honda. The 124cc engine is capable of producing 10.59hp of power @7,500rpm and a peak torque of 11Nm @6,000rpm. The engine is mated to a 5-speed manual transmission. The ARAI claimed mileage is around 55 kmpl, which is good for the daily commute. You will have to spend ₹68,812 for the Shine Drum variant. For the one with disc brakes, you will have to spend ₹3,512 more than the budget we are discussing today.

Honda CD110 Dream
It is one of the few bikes left under 110cc segment as the BS6 made it tough to keep the prices down. Still, Honda is able to provide everything with the CD110 Dream or as they say, ‘Kuch Kuch nahi, sab Kuch hai!’ which means the bike has everything. With that being said, the commuter is equipped with a 109.51cc engine capable of churning out 8.67hp of power at 7,500rpm and a peak torque of 9.30Nm @5,500rpm. It is mated to a 4-speed transmission. The new BS6 Bajaj CT110 is ‘Kadak’ as well as ‘Stylish’. It packs a robust 115.45cc engine capable of producing 8.48hp of power @7,000rpm and a peak torque of 9.81Nm @5,000rpm. It is mated to a 4-speed MT. The best part, it is one of the most affordable bikes on the list. You will have to spend ₹52,147 on this 115cc bike.
