Cristiano Ronaldo is one of the most celebrated soccer players in the world! Our favourite athlete is 35 years young and still continues to shine bright in the world of soccer with his extraordinary football skills. He used to play for Sporting Lisbon, then shifted to Manchester United and finally moved to Real Madrid in 2009. He has played over 400 games for Real Madrid till now and has delivered an exceptional performance as a footballer. Just like his performance, he has got some exceptional cars inside his garage! In this Sunday read, we will take you through 10 most insane cars from the Cristiano Ronaldo car collection! Let’s begin.
Rolls Royce Cullinan
The one you see above in the picture is the most luxurious SUV currently available in the world. The SUV packs a 6.75-litre V12 engine under the hood and comes loaded with features like 4-way climate control, an audio system with an 18-speaker setup and finally other luxurious touches like the upholstery and stuff which make us realise that it is from the RR family.
While there was a popular rumour online that Shah Rukh Khan owns a Bugatti Veyron, we told you that he doesn’t own one! Cristiano Ronaldo has been seen posing with his Veyron many times in front of the media therefore, we know that it’s not a rumour this time and the footballer owns it for sure! This sportscar has an 8.0-litre quad-turbocharged W16 engine. It has a top speed of 431kmph!
The black beauty! Ronaldo gifted this car to himself on his 27th birthday in 2012. The colour shade makes the car look even more aggressive and powerful! Just to let you know, the 6.5-litre V12 under the hood of this sportscar churns out a massive 700hp! It is said that he owns another one in white shade. He posted pictures of the same on his social handles but it is not confirmed yet.
The latest one in Cristiano’s car collection is the £8.5 Million worth Bugatti Centodieci. He is one of the 10 lucky owners in the world who have been able to pre-book this supercar. This is a limited edition car and not much is known about it. Bugatti unveiled this car in 2019. All we know about it is it has an 8.0-litre quad-turbocharged engine and generates 1600PS. Reminding you again, only 10 units of this car will be produced!
Another one in the Cristiano Ronaldo car collection is the Maserati GranCabrio. A 4-seater convertible by Maserati that might not win you on design but can surely grab your attention with its power specs! The V8 engine generates 400hp and this is the only reason Ronaldo enjoys driving it quite often.
This is also one of the most expensive cars in Ronaldo’s collection. Bugatti Chiron was added in the Cristiano Ronaldo car collection in 2017 when he made his 400th appearance for Real Madrid. As seen in the picture above his $2Million ride has a 2 colour scheme and has his trademark CR7 embossed near the door.
Call it a perk of being with Real Madrid or whatever you may call it, each player associated with them gets an Audi each year. While Ronaldo got a chance to choose one for himself, he decided to go for the most powerful RS7! With a twin-turbo 4.0-litre V8 engine, this performance sports back churns out almost 600hp!
Mercedes Benz GLE63s AMG
For most of us this is a luxury vehicle, but knowing this would make you jealous for sure. Ronaldo calls his Mercedes Benz GLE63s AMG as one of the most modest vehicles he owns! This is the top-of-the-line AMG available in the family and churns out 577Bhp! Considering the cost of the car i.e. $110,000, Ronaldo could easily have bought a fleet but settled just for one AMG. Modest enough?
Rolls Royce Phantom Drophead
Talking about convertibles and luxuries at the same time? Here is one of the most expensive production cars that exist in the world! The Rolls Royce Phantom Drophead was bought by Ronaldo in 2008 when he stated his intention to stay with Manchester United. He bought this super-expensive luxury for $500,000! Pretty expensive we guess.
Ferrari 599 GTO
Ending the collection with a white Ferrari. The 599 GTO was launched in 2010 and was claimed as the ‘most extreme sportscar’ produced ever by Ferrari. This was based on the 599 GTB and had better aerodynamics and performance that nearly doubled the downforce of the GTO. The most important fact to consider is that only 599 units of this car were produced which makes it even more special.
This was all about the craziest car collection of one of the most favourite footballers in the world! You saw some really expensive and limited edition cars produced in the world. Share this article with all the Ronaldo fans around you and let them know that their favourite athlete is a car fanatic too!2
