According to CNN, the Guinness World Records has certified the Dubai Police as having the world’s fastest police car – a 408 kmph Bugatti Veyron! Well, this shouldn’t look that surprising to you because Dubai has already got numerous supercars on the roads so the police definitely needed one!

2. Lamborghini Aventador
   

   

   Talking of speed? Well, you can’t imagine anything more insane than having a 691hp mid-mounted V12 engine among police vehicles! The Dubai Police cars have got a Lamborghini Aventador which can go from 0-100 in just 3 seconds and has a top speed of almost 350 kmph! 7. McLaren MP4-12C
   

   

   The Dubai Police cars got a new addition in their supercar fleet in 2013. The car added back then was the one you see above. The McLaren MP4-12C was the first production car designed and built by McLaren and their first production car since the McLaren F1 which was produced in 1988 for the last time. This car was launched in 2011 and had a 3.8-litre twin-turbocharged V8 engine. Dubai Police bought this supercar in 2013 and it has been there serving the nation with a top speed of over 320 kmph!

   Do police cars require gullwing doors? Well, all the rich countries are reconsidering their decisions after the Dubai Police brought in the Mercedes Benz SLS AMG! Along with all the visual elements, this supercar has got a 6.3 litre, 539 horsepower V8 which is enough to tell you that it’s fast enough to catch anyone! The Mercedes Benz SLS AMG is one of the most practical supercars ever built!

9. Ghiath Beast Patrol SUV
   

   

   This is one of the most advanced patrol SUV that you would spot in the world. The Ghiath can recognise the vehicles tracked by the Dubai Police and has got a communication system that links it directly to the command operations room. This 4×4 patrol car is among the Dubai Police cars and is built by W Motors, maker of the Lykan Hypersport. The onboard systems are provided by Abu Dhabi based security system provider.
