Hyundai Creta Knight Edition | What’s New?

The Hyundai Creta is one of the most talked-about compact SUVs in the entire Indian Automotive market, and rightly so. With timely updates, generation changes, and exciting new variants, the Hyundai Creta has once again been refreshed, with a new Knight addition. And here’s all that it brings with it.

To celebrate the Hyundai’s success as India’s number 1 SUV maker in 2021, HMIL recently launched the Hyundai Creta Knight Addition. What’s exciting about the Knight addition is it classy-looking all-black exteriors. In detail, the Knight addition will bring in a black gloss radiator grille with red insert, red front brake calipers, black gloss front, and rear skid plates, trio beam LED headlamps with crescent glow LED DRLs, black gloss C-pillar garnish, and LED tail lamps and a Knight Addition badging as well. Overall, the Knight Addition of the Hyundai Creta looks stunning wearing black.

Knight Addition Features

The Night Edition Interiors

The all-new Hyundai Creta Knight addition will be offered in the newly introduced S+ variant as well as the top-end SX (O) variant. For those unaware, Hyundai has also refreshed the MY 22 Hyundai Creta with a new S+ variant.

The Knight additions as well as the regular S+ trims all are to get features such as a Smart panoramic sunroof, 16-inch black alloy wheels, smartphone wireless charger, rear Disc Brakes, Electronic Stability Control (ESC), Vehicle Stability Management (VSM), Hill-start assist control (HAC), Paddle shifters, Metal pedals, Electric and auto-folding ORVMs, Power window auto up/down and TPMS which is now offered as standard across all variants. Onboard the high-end SX (O) version, the Knight Addition brings in 17-inch rims and additional features that were offered by the SUV before.

The All-Black Creta Knight Edition

The Knight Edition offered by HMIL can be had either with 1.5-liter petrol or a 1.5-liter diesel engine. While the former has an output of 113bhp/144Nm, the diesel produces 113bhp/250Nm. In terms of transmission, the six-speed manual gearbox can be had with the new S+ trim while the automatic gearbox is limited only to the top-spec SX (O) variant.

Knight Addition Pricing

Coming to the numeric, the Hyundai Creta Knight Addition is priced as follows:

1.5 Petrol S+ 6MT: Rs 13.51 lakh
1.5 Petrol SX (O) IVT: Rs 17.22 lakh
1.5 Diesel S+ 6MT: Rs 14.47 lakh
1.5 Diesel SX (O) 6AT: Rs 18.18 lakh
