The Grand i10 Nios T-Gdi has finally made it to the Indian Shores as it is being showcased by the company at the ongoing Auto Expo 2020 and with Ford Motors discontinuing the Ford Figo 1.5L petrol variant. The new Hyundai Grand i10 Nios Turbo GDi will turn out to be the most powerful car in its segment.
We can easily expect the Grand i10 Nios T-GDi to be priced close to Rs. 7.50 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi) rivalling the likes of the Maruti Suzuki Swift, Renault Triber and the Tata Tiago.

- The Grand i20 Nios turbo gets its power from a 1.0-litre turbocharged direct-injection three-cylinder petrol engine capable of generating 98hp at 6,000 rpm with 171 Nm of torque at 1,500-4,000 rpm.
- The engine on the all-new Grand i10 Nios T-GDi will come compliant to the BS6 emission norms.
- There is also a more powerful 118hp version available with the Hyundai Venue which is yet to receive a BS6 upgrade.
- The 98hp engine comes mated to a standard 5-speed manual transmission. While the more powerful 118hp comes with an option of either 6-speed manual transmission or a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission.
- Coming to the styling aspect the Grand i10 Nios T-GDi gets some minor tweaks which include a red turbo badge embellished on the radiator grille and the tailgate.
- The Grand i10 Nios T-GDi comes with a dual-tone paint scheme. With projector headlamps and 15-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels on the outside.
- On the Inside, the Grand i10 supports a leather-wrapped steering wheel, 5.3-inch MID, 8.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, wireless phone charger, automatic climate control, Eco Coating, cooled glove box.
