The new SUV that Jeep is planning would be bigger than the COmpass (of course) but would be smaller than the Grand Cherokee. Till now, most of us thought that the new jeep 7 seater SUV would be an updated version of the Jeep Grand Commander which is limited to China as of now. The new SUV won’t be an India specific version of the Grand Commander.
The new 7-Seater SUV Low-D is expected to follow the same route as the Compass did. Jeep released a statement in the recent Brazilian press conference that FCA is planning to replicate the strategy they used for the launch of the Jeep Compass in India. The Compass was also launched in India after soon after its Brazil debut.
