Tata Motors has been known to make strong cars from the very beginning. And now with its second car, the Tata Altroz, getting 5-star rating at the Global NCAP, the automaker has ensured that it still is focused to make car riding in India safer.

The Altroz scored an astonishing score of 16.13 out of 17 points for the adult occupancy which makes it one of the safest hatchback.
For child occupancy, Altroz has scored a good 29 out of 49 points. Altroz has really justified the tag line, “The Gold Standard”, as the car has set a gold standard when it comes to safety too.

What is the Global NCAP?
Global NCAP or the New Car Assessment Programme is aimed to test the newly released cars by the manufacturers against some parameters to ensure the safety of the occupants. The car is rated on a 5-pointer scale 5 being the highest rating which the Tata Altroz has scored.
