I visited GoMechanic for a pickup related issue. The service buddy at GoMechanic carefully inspected my car and took it for a road test. He finally informed me that the throttle body needed to be cleaned and did it within 5 minutes in front of my eyes! They are completely transparent with the things they do.

Unlike the authorised service centres, these guys let you see what is being done to your car. They have a great customer lounge but still insist you see your car's service yourself. This ensures that you pay only for what you opt for. The service buddy told me that they also send service videos to those customers who don't visit the workshop! This is the new-age car servicing. Is your ES giving you a rough ride? This can be due to misaligned tyres, low tyre pressure, faulty suspension or unbalanced wheels which can cause quite an uncomfortable car ride. Can you provide an estimate for my ES repair under insurance?

Yes, we can provide you with an estimation of repairs for your ES for insurance purposes. Please note that this facility is available only at selected GoMechanic workshops in Lucknow .

What are the compulsory deductibles with my ES insurance claim?

As per the IRDAI norm, a minimum deductible amount of ₹1000 for vehicles less than 1500cc and ₹2000 for vehicles more than 2000cc is levied with your ES car insurance claim.
