This can truly be said as the waiting periods of some cars are breaking the skies. So, to make things a little convenient here are 8 such cars for which you may have to wait to get hands-on.

2. Maruti Suzuki Ertiga (Up to 8 Months)

   

   One of the most affordable MPV in the Indian market is the Maruti Suzuki Ertiga. People willing to travel with their joint family generally have an Ertiga as it offers the perfect Bang for you every penny. Additionally, there is no straight competition against the Ertiga as of now so it is evident that the waiting periods for the vehicle are going to be high.

3. Maruti Suzuki Alto (Up to 4 Months)

So, to get a Maruti Alto, you may have to wait for about 4 months or maybe less, depending upon the place you are buying it from.

4. Hyundai i20 (Up to 3 Months)

   

   The latest entry from the Hyundai’s arsenal is the new i20 that was launched last year. (December 2020, meh) Despite the prices going high from the previous generation, the new i20 is selling in abundance that you may have to wait for approximately 4 months to own one. 5. Hyundai Creta (Up to 7 Months)

   

   The vehicle that rewrote the definition of the compact SUV here in India is the ‘Hyundai Creta’. With a generation change last year it packs even more punch and more creature comforts. No wonder it is selling in huge numbers. Also, after a decent success of Seltos, Creta is the option that is on the top of a buyer’s list (usually). If you are thinking of buying a Creta you may have to wait for about 7 months.

6. Kia Sonet (Up to 5 Months)

   

   A new kid around the block of subcompact SUV is the Kia Sonet. Kia’s expectation on this subcompact SUV for a really good sales numbers didn’t go in vain. This can be reflected from the waiting periods as it may take 5 months to get one.

7. Mahindra Thar (Up to 10 Months)

   

   The new generation of the Mahindra Thar offers a ton of practicality with the convenience of driving it in the city. This is something that the previous Thar was deprived of. With this off-roader ticking the right boxes it becomes a lot more tempting in turn more customers are going and buying one for themselves. To do exactly that, you may have to wait for nearly 10 months to own this Mahindra Thar.

8. Nissan Magnite (Up to 8 Months)
