He finally informed me that the throttle body needed to be cleaned and did it within 5 minutes in front of my eyes! They are completely transparent with the things they do.

This ensures that you pay only for what you opt for. The service buddy told me that they also send service videos to those customers who don't visit the workshop! This is the new-age car servicing.
