I visited GoMechanic for a pickup related issue. The service buddy at GoMechanic carefully inspected my car and took it for a road test. Unlike the authorised service centres, these guys let you see what is being done to your car. They have a great customer lounge but still insist you see your car's service yourself. This ensures that you pay only for what you opt for. The service buddy told me that they also send service videos to those customers who don't visit the workshop! This is the new-age car servicing.
