Maruti Suzuki is the king of the car market in India. It consistently ranks first in the top-selling brands and is the only brand that sells more than 1,00,000 cars every single month. Maruti sells more cars every month than Hyundai and Tata combined. Cost-efficient cars, impeccable reliability, and an excellent sales and service network are among the reasons why Maruti is unbeatable. Let’s take a look at Maruti car sales in October 2022!

  • Total Maruti car sales in October 2022

For the month of October 2022, Maruti Suzuki sold 1,47,072 units. When compared to October 2021, sales have gone up by 21%. • Segment-wise sales

The small car segment, or as Maruti calls it, the ‘mini’ segment sold 24,936 units. The mini segment consists of the Alto and the Spresso. The compact segment, which includes the Baleno, Celerio, Swift, Dzire, TourS, WagonR, and Ignis sold 73,685 units. The utility vehicles segment that has the XL6, Ertiga, Brezza, and the S-Cross sold 30,971 units. The van segment, which consists of the Eeco alone sold 8,861 units.
