Like so, there are carmakers in India that go a little too overboard and introduce some really funky colours in their cars. So, with the festival of colours Holi, here let’s talk colours. 1. Volkswagen Taigun (Wild Cherry Red, Curcuma Yellow)
   

   

   First up on the list is the recently launched Volkswagen Tiguan. The carmaker launched the Taigun last year and it did get some heads turned. For one, like any other Volkswagen in the past, the Taigun is fun to drive and gets a couple of exciting engine options. 2.  Skoda Kushaq (Tornado Red, Honey Orange)
   

   

   Like the Volkswagen Taigun, Skoda Kushaq too is a part of the Indian 2.0 scheme where Skoda and Volkswagen both manufactured cars indigenously for domestic as well as the international market. Both the compact SUVs have a lot in common, from similar dimensions, engine and gearbox combo and even colours. Okay, the colours are not the same, but Skoda Kushaq too comes with a couple of funky colour options. Kushaq comes with tornado red and honey orange colours.

   Let’s switch to hatchbacks for some time, shall we? Tata Tiago is the one that comes with many, and I mean multiple colours to choose from. Yes, many colours apart from white black and grey. Among the many, Blue and Yellow look the funkiest on the road.

   On the first anniversary of Tata Altroz, the Indian carmaker Tata launched another Altroz but with a new 1.2-litre turbo petrol engine. With that, the car got a new Harbour Blue colour that looks studding out in the sunlight. Under the hood, of the then-new Altorz sat a turbo petrol engine that generated 108bhp and 140 Nm of peak torque.

   Also to walk beside the competition, Tata is also set to launch a DCT automatic trim of the Tata Altroz. We’d have to wait for Tata to launch the Altroz with the quicker transmission.

8. Maruti Suzuki WagonR (Prime Gallant Red/Black)
   

   

   It’s a surprise that Maruti Suzuki is still in the game with WagonR and the vehicle somehow manages to be in the top 10 best selling cars month after month. With the recent update, the carmaker has done subtle changes to the aesthetics of the vehicle.

9. Renault Duster (Caspian Blue and Cayenne Orange)
   

   

   The vehicle that actually very few people know still exists is the Renault Duster. The duster is not making the impact that it used to back when it was launched. Duster captured the market when there was no affordable compact SUV in the market.

10. Maruti Suzuki Celerio (Speedy Blue, Solid Fire Red)
    

    

    Another entry-level hatchback from Maruti Suzuki that gets funky colours is the Celerio. Earlier, the vehicle use to come with a neon orange colour, which was a little too over the top. With the generation change, the carmaker did remove the orange, but now, Celerio gets a Speedy Blue and Solid Fire Red. Also, with these colours, black alloy wheels do look classy.

Skoda Superb (Race Blue)

And then there is the car that is the pinnacle for luxury and spirited driving at a budget, Skoda Superb. The Superb was recently updated and gets minor updates on the inside and the outside. The two most prominent updates are the engine and a new Race Blue colour. in the sportline trim, the Skoda Superb comes with all-black alloy wheels, which suit the vehicle’s attractive blue colour.
