The Auto giant Škoda is stated to launch a new SUV named Karoq in April 2020. It will be filled to the brim with features that are provided below.

- Turbocharged Stratified Injection (TSI) powered 1.0, 1.4, 1.5 and 2.0 variant (latter of which is only restricted to Karoq Sportsline) petrol engine with 1.6MPI.
- Also come in 5 or 6-speed manual transmission, 6 or 8-speed Automatic transmission or a 6 or 7 DSG.
- Adaptive Cruise Control for when you just to relax in the middle of a long highway drive.
Progressive Steering system allowing for easier steering control. - The Škoda Karoq also comes with 4×4 with Off-road and snow system which changes the power of the engine according to the mode you select.

An inbuilt infotainment system that comes with a POI and other features including but not limited to:-
- LTE WiFi connection.

- The Driver Alert system is an advanced feature that helps the driver to take decisions faster in case of an accident.
- Crew Protect Assist closes windows automatically and activates belt pre-tensioning when it detects that an accident is inevitable.
- The Karoq also has the Predictive Pedestrian Protection program which stops the car when it sees that for whatever reason the driver was unable to react to something that came in front of the vehicle.
- Other safety features include ABS, a 9 Airbag system and an Electronic stability system.

The Škoda Karoq will be available from April 2020 for an expected price of ₹18-20 Lakhs (ex-showroom, Delhi) in the beginning only the petrol engine will be available.
