Just like hatchbacks, SUVs and India are a match made in heaven. Especially with the arrival of the compact and sub-compact SUVs like the Kia Seltos, Hyundai Creta, Skoda Kushaq, Tata Safari and more. Probably the only existing crossover in the Indian automotive market. A remembrance of the phenomenal SX4 (we miss you!), the Maruti Suzuki S-Cross scored a decent fourth position selling 2,247 units; a nominal 288 units less than the sales in March 2021. We have driven the S-Cross and we were impressed. Its simple, decent, no-nonsense layout is the perfect suit for someone looking for a simple yet modern car.
