  1. My fastag is damaged and not in use.Now I need reissue of fastag for my car, please kindly give me suggestions as I could not able to get fastag, correct details. ThanQ

    • Hi Srinivas,
You can either ask the previous FASTag provider to reissue a new one or you can choose other providers for a new one. All you have to do is link your account or some wallet to the new one whereas this won’t be needed in the old one.
      Stay tuned!

  2. If my car owner is somebody else so is it necessary to have account details of car owner or anybody else’s account will also work for the fastag payment?

  3. I have purchased a second hand vehicle. Can I recharge & use the same fastag which is on the vehicle? Or do I need to buy a new fastag? The car is not yet transferred in my name.

    • Hi Aamir
The toll plazas have sensors installed that read the RFID. If the FASTag not there on your windshield, you will have to place it at such a level that the sensor reads it every time you reach a toll plaza. Its better to stick it on the windshield to get a seamless experience
